Travel Medicine for Groups
Individual travel health evaluations are available by appointment.
A group travel health consultation is a simple and cost effective way for students to obtain information about:
- Destination specific health and safety recommendations
- Recommended immunizations
- Prescriptions to prevent infections (if indicated)
- Medical travel kit (price based on items requested)
To schedule a group travel consultation
- Call GHC at (248) 370-2341, or send an email to health@nestloveyourhome.com including date and itinerary details, purpose of the trip and preferred date of presentation. Each student traveler must provide the following information to health@nestloveyourhome.com, mail or in person
- Date and destination of travel.
- Attach a completed health history form.
- Attach a signed authorization form indicating GHC may obtain their online immunization record OR attach a current immunization record.
- The charge for the entire group is $150. Prior to the event date, the Graham Health Center will need the department fund and account code for payment processing.
